I'm working through some organizational design initiatives at the moment and found some of this podcast to be useful.

The podcast talks about the relationship between engineering and product leaders, and different ways to set up an organization. They discussed a few different models, but the thing that came through it for me was the need for genuine collaboration between product and engineering leaders at all levels. Whether that’s a CTO/CPO or PM/EM, and all levels in between.
